Over the past four years at Muscle Republic, I have played a pivotal role in product strategy, design, and production management. As Head of Product, I have overseen the entire design timeline, critical path, and shipment logistics while managing a team and collaborating with key stakeholders. I successfully implemented a new PLM system, streamlined shipment processes, and developed an internal product knowledge guide. Previously, as Designer and Production Manager, I led the design and development of seasonal collections, sourced materials, negotiated costings, and introduced sustainable practices. I also redefined core product ranges, optimized cost structures, and introduced innovative systems like Style Arcade and Backbone to enhance business efficiency. My contributions have resulted in best-selling products, improved profitability, and a more sustainable and streamlined product lifecycle.
